Anyone facing the dilemma of ‘by the sea or in the mountains’ should head to the Makarska Riviera. ⛰️🌊 This is one of the most popular destinations for Poles.

The surrounding area is famous for its extraordinary landscape. The highest peak of the range is Mount St. George. The way to the summit can be done on foot – although it won’t be easy, it’s really worth it. 👌 From the summit you can see the entire Croatian Riviera and the Dalmatian islands. If the weather conditions are right, you can even see the peaks of the Italian Apennines. 🏔️🇮🇹

There is also a mega attraction on the trail, which is the Skywalk Biokovo glass terrace – definitely not for those with a fear of heights! 👀 The city of Makarska is vibrant from morning until late at night. Numerous restaurants, pubs and discos make it hard to get bored here.
